Description
The birds have been depicted using stunning naturalistic details – their feathers have a sophisticated combination of golden beige, olive green, and beautifully scaled wing markings giving them an aura of noble beauty that is very far from the dramatic white doves found in many classical images and paintings. The vegetation depicted around them is luxuriant – the whole composition is framed by pink cherry and apple blossoms on branches covering all sides of the picture and their delicate rose and white petals have been depicted using the luxurious botanical painting technique of classical illustrators. The background has an incredibly textured appearance created by the use of a glowing mixture of sage green and antique gold colors applied using visible paint strokes making the poster resemble the treasured oil painting in a gallery in Europe or in grandmother’s sitting room. Pink blossoms dot the middle distance, blending into an ethereal impressionist haze to create an atmospheric element that suggests an endless, magic garden extending well beyond the edges of the picture. The color scheme is a lesson in nature’s balanced palette, featuring hues of dusty pink, sage green, honey gold, cream, and olive that combine for an image that is both vibrant and calming at the same time, as though one were walking through a garden on a glorious May day. The artistic technique combines the wonderful elements of hyper-realistic digital wildlife art, classic botanical illustration, and impressionist art to bring about the traditions of nature art from the Victorian era and French Barbizon landscapes into a modern context. The themes that are expressed in the work have to do with partnership, harmony, and perfection of two souls uniting into one in a world filled with beauty – all the elements that make it extremely suitable for giving as a gift to a couple, newlyweds or people celebrating love and new beginning. This particular poster is ideal for people who love nature, gardens and romance, or who appreciate the art of classic botanic and wildlife paintings in the modern decor. It fits best into cozy interiors full of light, having a romantic and botanic style – a living room in the country-style decoration, a bedroom with views on the garden, decorated with floral textiles and wooden furniture, a conservatory or a sunroom, a vintage-style dining room and so on.
