Description
Paper Poster. No Frame. No Canvas.
clumsy yet enthusiastic and friendly attitude that is typical for some dogs making them utterly memorable and unconditionally loved by everyone who gets to know them, all framed on the background of large loosely painted blue watercolor circle decorated with the accents of the white paint splatters. The drawing was made in the style of bold comic cartoon illustrations featuring the thick black outlines, flat color fills, the exaggerated proportions and an amazingly well-captured goofy moment in the dog’s life illustrating his personality that is impossible to express otherwise except with the use of the best cartoon illustrations skills. What makes this particular character of Dalmatian so special is that it has its own unique personality unlike others found in the series – where there is a funny dog, which is very playful, and another one, which sits and looks at the viewer with sweet attention, this particular one has an absolutely glorious character, which is unapologetically goofy and has a cross-eyed, one-sided smile of a dog that has great heart, not very good coordination, but is absolutely lovable and makes everyone around him fall in love with him due to his enthusiasm and bumbling good intentions. The color scheme used here preserves the simplicity of the whole series, using the well-known black spotted white fur of the Dalmatian along with the light cerulean blue background and white paint splatter on a clean white canvas, creating an interesting story of colors that combines boldness with airiness, graphic nature with painterly approach, modernity with timeless appeal. It can be a perfect poster for children’s rooms, playrooms, family living rooms, and any place, where a consistent daily dose of genuine laughter and good animal character is required from the wall art. As such, it will be an incredible hit among dog lovers with a highly developed sense of humor, people interested in expressive cartoon illustration, and those who have ever lived with, seen, or encountered dogs with this exact disposition — excitable, somewhat messy, totally devoted, and utterly irresistible to adore with all one’s heart because of, or maybe even despite of, every single imperfection. This goofy, one-eyed look and this crooked smile make this poster an incredibly versatile and universal item, both amusing children who like funny-looking animals and teenagers who can appreciate knowing irony and grown-ups who can instantly relate to this dog character’s sincerity and personality traits. It is a truly pleasant and guaranteed to bring smiles to faces present of dog lovers, Dalmatian enthusiasts, character illustration admirers, and all those who will need a character to inject their space with sincere joy. This poster is highly flexible thanks to the handy size of the 10×10 inches square, making it easy to place in various settings, including children’s bedrooms, kitchen notice boards, home office walls, and gallery wall designs, where its graphic nature adds a nice touch to more serious and decorative artwork. Printed on enhanced matte paper with perfect clarity of colors and clean outlines, it also features the white-to-blue coloring, which helps in giving a fresh and airy look to the artwork. It is a truly amazing work of character art in the form of a funny Dalmatian dog poster, which provides the viewer with a mood boost that is absolutely guaranteed and will make one smile every time when passing by the poster on the wall.
