Paper Poster. No Frame. No Canvas.
playing her violin with passionate intensity while she has her eyes shut tight, and with her long hair flying behind her in wild abandonment due to the strong wind blowing at her from all sides, along with a breathtaking view of a sea of clouds, the distant silhouette of a city skyline through the clouds, and the wonderfully beautiful colors of a sunset sky of blues, grays and warm golden light stretching endlessly behind her. The art has been painted in a truly amazing combination of hyper realistic digital photography and digital painting style, showing the wonderful and detailed use of atmospheric colors with beautiful nuances of cool blue gray colors in the sky and clouds, warm rich wood colors of the violin as well as every lock of hair on the musician’s head painted with amazing photographic realism. The color scheme in this version is significantly cooler and more atmospheric than in the warm sunset version, operating within the spectrum of cool silver blues, storm grays, creamy white clouds, and the one warm element of the rich amber brown violin wood, to form an exceptionally controlled and atmospheric color composition that creates a sense of solitude, artistic passion, and sublime sense of being up above the world at the edge of all things. The placement of the musician on the edge of a very high cliff overlooking the clouds, playing with total abandon while the wind tears at her clothes and hair is probably one of the most symbolic and powerful images in contemporary digital figurative art – a perfect visual metaphor of the artist’s willingness to stand at the brink of the unknown and give all there is to creativity without any hesitation whatsoever. This poster would be an excellent decorative piece for music fans, violin players and string musicians, people passionate about romantic art, and anyone who identifies themselves with the image of the lone artist standing above the mundane world in total abandon of their passion. It is also deeply resonant with dreamers, thinkers, free souls, and anyone who feels an intimate connection to art as a transformative, liberating force that raises humans above the earthly sphere and into the realm of sublime and true artistic expression. The sophisticated and dark blue-gray palette gives this piece a perfect fit for minimalism, dark academia, industrial chic, and dramatic contemporary interior design, as its dramatic figurative composition and subtle cool color scheme blend seamlessly with dark walls, natural stone, exposed wood, and metallic accents. It works beautifully in a home office, studio, music room, and any other room where someone would like to be surrounded by art that speaks to their passion, their boldness, and their ability to stand up to the brink of the world and create beautiful things with their soul and their artistry. This upright 18×24 inch portrait design is the perfect choice for this image of a standing figure since it provides all the necessary vertical room that this barefooted musician requires as she stands majestically on her rocky cliff with the kind of commanding stature which is so clearly earned through the unique nature of her position and the passionate nature of her performance, while the panoramic view of the cloudscape and urban vista behind her is captured at the right scale. This poster is printed on high-quality enhanced matte paper, and features great color accuracy, including the depiction of cloudscape gradients, and fine details like the wind-stirred hair, the wood grain of the violin, and the rugged texture of the cliff edge.
