Description
The baby whale is illustrated against a dreamy background that magically contradicts all natural sense in the most delightful way possible — it swims peacefully over a snowy ground among frosted winter trees, teal plants, and snow-capped hills, like if the sea and winter fairy tale forest have been magically combined in a wonderful impossible place. Above the baby whale, a bright golden crescent moon and gold and white stars shine in a pale blue night sky, and a teal butterfly is flying there too — a magical little creature that adds an element of fantasy and magic to an already magical scene. Color scheme is absolutely amazing when it comes to designing nurseries — the whole design uses the most soothing spectrum of baby blue, powder blue, soft teal, white, and silver with only one accent of warm gold of the moon and stars not to make the image too chilly. Artistic style is just outstanding among the best illustrations for children’s books — the soft and round shapes, watercolor-like textures, botanical details and the whole gentleness of the execution make it definitely belong to the classics of illustration art for children. Poster in product picture proves the perfect fit for interior in the most spectacular way possible — it is placed over a white fireplace in a perfectly styled baby nursery with powder blue walls, white crib and white nursing chair in which it is impossible to say that the poster was not created specially for the place. This poster is ideally suited to decorate the nursery of a newborn, a baby’s first room, or the bedroom of a toddler – especially in the case of a boy’s room or a neutral room with an increasingly common color scheme of blue and white which have become the signature of contemporary baby room interior design. In addition to being suitable to decorate the nursery of a baby, the poster would be ideal to use for decorating the waiting room of a pediatric clinic, a corner in a children’s library, or even a daycare center where a calming and imaginative environment is desired. The most significant merit of the poster is its fantastic mood because it is not only about decoration but also an art work that induces relaxation and sleep as well as looks genuinely beautiful for the parents, as opposed to serving just a practical purpose. Tender, fantastic, beautifully made and tuned to perfection for viewing by babies, this baby whale winter wonderland poster is the kind of nursery art work that will be loved by both parents and children.
